If you would like to chat to us or have been recommended/ found our website through google or which ever way you have come across us and want to have a chat about your new project, please contact us via telephone or email and speak to one of our team who will give you all the details of what we offer and how we can help you and will arrange
Appointment/ Factory Showroom Look Around
The day of your appointment is here and you are one step closer to seeing your project come to life! One of our expert team members will show you around our factory and tell you how everything works, they will then show you around the showroom so you can get a feel for the quality of our products and what we have to offer! We will then head to the meeting room where we will discuss your project and any budgets you have, what your goals and expectations are, making sure we have all the fine details to create and design your space and most importantly ensuring that we have answered all your questions and queries you may have and have met your needs initially. We will then give you some brochures and product samples to take home so you can have a think and decide what you want if this hasn't already been confirmed.
Measure up
At your appointment, we will arrange a day and time that suits you and your schedule to come round and take accurate measurements of your space, ensuring we have factored in any essential parts of the space for example; plug sockets, pipes, skirting board heights and depths etc.
Design & Quote
Once we have everything we need and you have decided on the products and look that you are after, that is where we now come in and bring your thoughts to life. We will send you a design based on your requirements but with our expert touch and going above your expectations when designing your space. We will email you your designs and quotes for you to review and once you're happy we will start the process of getting your project on the way!
Confirmation & Deposit
After confirming you are happy with your design and costing, we require a 50% deposit to begin or you can pay the whole balance now. We will then ask you for the final payment prior to finishing your project. Once this has been sent we are on to the EXCITING bit!
Instructing any trades
This is when you should any trades know of anything that might need doing before your kitchen/ bathroom gets fitted if not already ready to be complete. This could be; Electrician, Plumber, Carpenter, Fitter etc. You will be able to give them the detailed plans of your space so they can see exactly where all the fixings and fittings will be going and where the electric/ plumbing should be based on your design.
MANUFACTURING YOUR DREAM KITCHEN!
Well here we are! We are nearly there! Our design team will instruct our expert manufacturing team in the factory to start on your project, if you wish, you could even come down and press the button yourself to get the process going! Here is when we will give you a date for when it will be finished and ready to come to you. A delivery date here will be secured.
Delivery & Fitting
When your kitchen/ bespoke furniture is out for delivery we will call or text you to let you know its on its way! Your furniture will arrive flat packed to your door and our drivers will bring it in for you and put it wherever they are instructed to. Once it is all there, it will be fitted by whomever has been arranged to fit it. Once your project is complete you can truly enjoy your space! Yay!!
